Reach rules: take reach steps and work to get to the outside shoulder of the man to your playside. If your defender is off the line, punch through the backside defender to help your teammate.

If spread: block nearest defender. If tight: join the offensive line rules.
J, Z
If in motion the QB will pitch the ball forward or hand it off to you if under center. Continue until you get outside and then find the hole to run through. If spread out, block the nearest defender.
H
Fake an inside zone backside.
QB
Shotgun: call for the snap when the motion man is just outside the tackle. Pitch the ball forward to the motion man and then fake an inside zone to the H. Under center: turn to hand off to the motion man and then fake an inside zone to the H.
