The entire offensive line has the same rule on this play. Your rule is the first person from your nose to the lineman to your playsides nose. You will take inside zone steps with your aiming point being your backside hand on the playside number of your defender.If your defender is not on the line of scrimmage you should post and help with the person to your backside gap as you climb to the linebacker level.
Y
If you are in a two receiver set you are running a key screen concept. If you are in a three receiver set you are running bubble concept. If you are the single receiver you will run a choice route. If you are in tight you follow the line rules.
Z

Shotgun: you will align opposite the play call. Take a lateral step to the handoff. Under Center: align 4 yards behind the QB. Your aiming point is the outside hip of the playside guard. Then read the blocking to find the cut.
QB
Shotgun: you ride the mesh point with the running back reading the end man on the line of scrimmage. Under Center: drive to the handoff point and carry out the boot fake.
Notes
There is no set gap to run this play. The lineman will take the defenders where they want to go and the running back will make a cut. This play can be a quick pass to either side, a handoff to the RB or a QB keeper.
