This is an RPO with a QB trap and an H swing.
OL
Gap Scheme Rules: Linemen playside of the puller block back. If their defender is not on the LOS they double-team with the lineman to their playside. Exception: center on a three-technique. Puller pulls; linemen backside of puller check inside gap and widen outside gap.
BSG
Pull and kick out the playside end.
X / Y / Z / J
Block nearest defender. If tight, follow OL rules.
H
Sprint out to the flat behind the line (swing).
QB
Read the OLB: if he goes with H, run QB Trap; if he stays to play, throw to H.
