Overhang Call Side You are coming off the edge at the snap of the ball. You are the Force Player. If the formation has you widened out you will make an out call which will then give your blitz responsibility to the nearest backer, and you will take the flat responsibility from him.
Overhang Backside You are the Force player in the run, and have the Flat in the pass.
Backer Call Side You are responsible for the C gap in the run and the flat in the pass. If the Overhang gives you an "out" call you are now the blitzer in the C gap.
Mike You have the call side A gap in the run and the call side hook to curl in the pass.
Backer Backside You have the backside B gap in the run and the backside hook to curl in the pass.
Corners You have the deep third to your side in the pass.
Safety You are the Alley player against the run and have the middle third against the pass.
